Now that the dog days of summer are officially (if not actually) behind us…it’s time to catch up on all the little things around the house that have been neglected over the last few months. I bet the carpets are a little dirty from all the extra foot traffic the summer usually brings. There has probably not been quite enough time and energy spent on the yard and garden and I bet there are some weeds to pull and bushes to trim back.

When it comes to pressure washing there is quite a bit more to it even than just neglect in the summer. The mold and mildew developing on the siding and hard surfaces on the house need a few things to survive and thrive. First then need moisture. Our summers here are very wet not only from rain but also from the morning dew that forms on everything overnight and then cooks off throughout the day. The other thing the mold and mildew needs to thrive is warm weather…obviously the Cypress area has plenty of than in the summer!

The end of summer is also a great time to get your property power washed because it is just after the most active part of the year for mold growth so your property will stay clean a little longer than if you had it cleaned in the spring or the early summer! For this reason, and others, the end of summer is probably the best time to get the house pressure washed.

On top of all this you wont have to worry about the kids running in and out at the same time as you have our professionals there cleaning up. No being the taxi driver for the kids during the day or having to worry about lunch time and all those other “extras” that typically come along with having the kids home during the summer!
